Life and work has kept me quite busy but I'm squeaking in a lot more knitting time in the evenings these days. Or the mornings, before I drive up to work.
Lately the kick has been newborn/baby hats. Why? I don't know. I guess I know a couple of people cooking up offspring, but I usually don't knit these little hats because they can't be used for very long.
I guess it's just a matter of what yarn is in front of me, and what needles, and what I feel like. I'm on my fifth.
Actually it's a very hatty mood around here, because in December I knitted 5 hats and I did 2 in January. So that's probably the reason. Suddenly, hats.
I've a few shawls on the needles as well, concurrent with my 2018 plan. Actually the plan is going pretty well! I've completed a pair of socks from the list, have 2 handspun things on the needles from the list, finished the momcho, finished the hurricane socks too. And I'm working on my second spinning project of the year--though it is slow going.
Webcam is failing me so I'm afraid we're out of pictures today
